The entrance door leads into the Lobby where you can hang your coats and leads and leave your boots. The Lobby leads into the kitchen.
Fully equipped for all your needs, with newly fitted kitchen units, a gas cooker, 50/50 fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. You will find dog towels in the tall kitchen cupboard for your use. The kitchen leads into the Dining/Sitting room.
Which has spectacular views of the countryside and sea through the patio doors. It features two leather sofas, a dining table, a sideboard, 43 inch smart TV (with free unlimited Wi-Fi), and a DVD player, (with a small choice of DVDs for your enjoyment). You can access an enclosed decking area through the patio doors, where you can sit and enjoy the view on the seating provided.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated and is light and airy. The king-size bed has a pocket sprung mattress for your comfort. With bed linen, hand towels, and bath sheets provided.
There is a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and a small chair.

There is a fully enclosed garden with a 3’6 fence, which is quiet and secluded with very few vehicles passing. It’s mostly laid to grass, with ample parking and turning space within.
You will find all the basic necessities available on your arrival, including kitchen and toilet rolls, handwash, washing up liquid, and cleaning equipment.
Our standard duration is Saturday to Saturday.
The cost for a week in 2026 is £700 plus a £100 Refundable Damages Deposit, (except for Christmas and New Year which are subject to an additional £100 per week), with no additional charges for dogs or any other extra charges.
